Please read these terms of use carefully as they contain important information regarding your legal information and rights, remedies and obligations. By accessing or using our website any of our services, you are entering into a legal contract with Universal Degrees and Corllins University. Consequently, by your access you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described herein. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or any of our services.

Modifications to Terms of Use

Universal Degrees reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use, at any time and in its sole discretion. If we change or modify these Terms of Use, we will post the changes to this page. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions to the website. It is your responsibility to regularly check our website and this page to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use and to review such changes.

General terms

Applying for a degree/diploma at Universal Degrees means your consent for all the terms and policies. As per our terms, the name that you mention to obtain your credentials is real and is the name of an existing person who has proper and appropriate work experience, making him eligible to apply at Corllins University. You can fill the application form for your credentials on behalf of some other person but for that you must have full permission and approval of that person. You will have to confirm that you are not impersonating any other person and that all the information you provide is genuine and actual. Also you will have to agree that all the credentials that you will receive from Universal Degrees will be only and solely use for personal purposes.

You will also have to agree that Universal Degrees has the right to close down its service agreement with you or annul any documents that it has provided you or any transaction that it has carried out with you with or without any prior notice, if you violate any accepted terms of service. Once the service agreement is cancelled, you agree not to utilize any documents or information provided by Universal Degrees and also to return the honor and all additional documents to Universal Degrees at your earliest.

You will also agree that in no event, Universal Degrees will be held liable as a result of an agreement or any other situation, which involve you and Universal Degrees, which exceeds the tuition and the processing fee which has been paid up to the time during which any claim deriving liability has arisen.

Shipment and delivery

We offer free urgent shipment via DHL. (For a limited time period, we have waived our shipment charges worth $40 for US and $80 for international addresses).

We send all graduation packages at the address specified by the clients while filling in the application form. Delivery of the graduation package may take around 7-10 business days, depending upon the location of the customer. By business days we mean days from Monday through Friday, not including any holidays.

Remember, the reasons behind the late delivery may be problems in credit card approval or overnight order. Please note that:

• Credit card approval must be received prior to further processing.
• Overnight orders placed after 8 am are processed the next day.

Undelivered orders

in some cases the graduation packages are returned to Universal Degrees, because of the incorrect address provided by the customer. In that case, no refund is provided.

If the graduation package is returned once, the same order will not be re-shipped in any case. However, if the client would still like to receive the same package that was once returned, he/she has to pay an additional shipping cost.

If the customer thinks that the order cannot be delivered as addressed within the estimated delivery date or he/she has not received a confirmation mail of its refund, he/she may contact us through our 24-hour customer support center.

Pricing policy

The prices for each package (given on the site) includes free shipment.

Change in particulars

We keep record of all your particulars. Any change in the particulars is offered free of charge. However, if you want to obtain your documents with revised particulars, then you will be required to pay an additional amount. The pricing details are given on the personal area, whereas you can also contact us for details.

Refund policy

We provide 100% refund if your credit card is erroneously charged.
We provide 100% refund if you do not qualify for the degree program to which you apply.
We deduct 15% service charges if you cancel your order before its shipment.
We provide no refund once your graduation package is shipped at the specified address.
